On-line and Phone Supports

Throughout the COVID pandemic, the Western Mass RLC has done our best to offer information about on-line supports in this section of our website. However, these resources are changing so rapidly at this point, that we have decided to shift to listing only our own offerings and then a listing of websites that we have found useful for locating on-line supports offered by other groups. If you have any questions about the Western Mass RLC-sponsored groups, please e-mail us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Many of these groups use Zoom as a meeting platform. New to Zoom? Learn about joing Zoom meetings by watching THIS VIDEO!!!

TIME ZONES: All RLC groups are based on Massachusetts time (Eastern Time Zone), and using a 12-hour clock (which means we have both 1am and 1pm rather than a 24-hour clock which would make that 1 and 13). If you aren't sure how your time zone translates to the times listed, please CLICK HERE and look for the time in Boston, Massachusetts (or any other major city on the Eastern seaboard... New York City, for example). Remember, for countries like Australia or Singapore, our time zones are so far apart, that we're often on different days! Please note that some of the websites we've linked to below are in other parts of the country, and their group listings will  be based in other time zones, so be sure to check!
