Al-Anon meetings are an opportunity to come together, for men, women, and children, to share their experience, strength and hope. Their meetings are open to anyone who has lived with, or is living with, someone struggling with alcohol problems. They also offer a group just for young people, called Al-Ateen. All the meetings are free, anonymous and confidential. Their program is based on the traditional 12 Step model, as adapted from Alcoholics Anonymous.

Their website lists the many meetings that are available locally and country-wide.
