Ideas for Sending Us Your Film Clips

Thank you for your interest in submitting a film clip for our latest film project on Psychiatric Drugs!

Below you will find information on what services you might use to get us your film clip once it's done!

For reminders on what we're looking for, click here.

There are several options for sharing files nowadays!

Please note:  If you are concerned with anonymity, consider signing up for a free e-mail account using a fictional name and information.  (Yahoo [mail.yahoo.com], Google mail [mail.google.com] and Microsoft [mail.hotmail.com] all allow people to easily sign up for new accounts using whatever name they select.)

Some file-sharing options inclue:

Wetransfer.com:

Wetransfer.com offers 2GB free of uploading space.  The major upside of this option is that it requires VERY LITTLE set-up with a pretty good amount of space to transfer files.  We would recommend this option as the first choice.wetransfer logo

    • Click on the file you wish to share so that it’s highlighted
    • Move your mouse cursor all the way to the right, until a little linked chain icon appears
    • Click on that linked chain
    • Enter ‘This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.’ in the e-mail space of the share box
    • In the message section, enter ‘I give my permission for any or all of this clip to be used in the RLC’s film production on psychiatric drugs and/or related media like trailers or Youtube,’ along with anything else you might want to say.

** Please note:  You won’t be able to share any files until you’ve verified your e-mail account.  This just means that Dropbox will send an e-mail to the e-mail account you’re using and you verify that it’s an account that actually exists by reading that e-mail and following the instructions in it.  If you try to share a file before you’ve verified the account, it will prompt you to verify at that time.
