Accessibility: The front entrance of the Caledonian building is accessible with a curb cut, accessible parking spots and automated doors directly in front of the building. An elevator is also available. The front door may be locked after 5pm on weekdays and on weekends. However, there is a buzzer marked 'RLC' to the right of the front door that may be used to request access for RLC activities when the front door is locked. Accessible bathrooms are available on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors of the building. Individuals are encouraged to avoid using perfumes or products with scents before coming to RLC spaces to increase accessibility for those with chemical sensitivities. The RLC will attempt to schedule interpreters upon request for activities or supports available in this space. Directions: From 391 Northbound: Travel north on 391 to exit 5. Take a right off of exit 5 onto Main Street in Holyoke. Travel .9 miles on Main Street and take a left onto Dwight Street. Travel .3 miles on Dwight Street and take a right onto High Street. 187 High Street will be on your left. (Look for the green awning with a white '187' on it.) From 91 Southbound: Travel south on 91 to exit 17. Take a left onto Route 141 (Easthampton Road). Travel 1.1 miles down Route 141 (becomes Dwight Street) and take a left onto High Street. 187 High Street will be on your left. (Look for the green awning with a white '187' on it.) By Bus: Buses travel regularly to and from the Holyoke Center. The bus stop is behind the Holyoke Center on Maple Street at Veterans Park. Parking: Metered parking is available on High Street at two hours at a time. Long-term parking is available in the parking garage that is on the corner of Dwight Street and Front Street (one block down Dwight). Free on-street parking is also available on several side streets including John and Hampden Streets (after turning onto High Street, take a right onto John or Hampden).
The RLC's Springfield Center (Bowen Resource & Wellness Centers): 340 Main Street, Springfield, MA 01105 (413) 732-1703 Resource Center Hours*: Tuesdays/Thursdays/Fridays 9-3p, Saturday 11-3p Wellness Center Hours*: Wednesday-Friday 12-6p (Check calendar section for updates/changes to schedule.) * A worker who is bilingual (English/Spanish) is typically available during all open hours. Accessibility: There is an accessible entrance on the right (if you are facing the building) side of the building with a ramp. An accessible bathroom is available in the Bowen Resource Center space. Individuals are encouraged to avoid using perfumes or products with scents before coming to RLC spaces to increase accessibility for those with chemical sensitivities. The RLC will attempt to schedule interpreters upon request for activities or supports available in this space. Directions: From 91 Northbound: Travel north on 91 to exit 3 in Massachusetts. Merge onto East Columbus Avenue and travel .2 miles. Take a slight right onto Main Street and travel .3 miles. The Bowen Centers will be on your left. (The Bowen Centers are in a brick building directly between HAP Housing and McDonalds.) From 91 Southbound: Travel south on 91 to exit 4. Merge onto West Columbus Avenue and stay to the left for .02 miles to take a U-turn onto East Columbuse Avenue. Travel .1 mile and take a right onto Mill Street. Travel .1 mile and take a left onto Main Street. Travel .1 mile and the Bowen Centers will be on your left. (The Bowen Centers are in a brick building directly between HAP Housing and McDonalds.) By Bus:
Parking: Free parking is available on the street outside of the center, as well as in a small lot in back of the center.
The RLC's Berkshire County (Pittsfield) Center: 152 North Street, Suite 115 Pittsfield, MA 01201 (413) 236-5888 Resource Center Hours: Mondays 12-3p, Tuesdays and Thursdays 12-4p (Check calendar section for updates/changes to schedule.)
Accessibility: An accessible entrance with a ramp is available in the rear of the building, and the front entrance is accessible to many as well as it does not have stairs. Though not all bathrooms in the building are accessible, accessible bathrooms are available. Individuals are encouraged to avoid using perfumes or products with scents before coming to RLC spaces to increase accessibility for those with chemical sensitivities. The RLC will attempt to schedule interpreters upon request for activities or supports available in this space. Directions: From 90 Westbound: Travel west on 90 (Mass Pike) to exit 2. Bear right off of exit 2 onto Route 20 (Housatonic Street). Travel .7 miles and take a right to stay on Route 20 (Main Street). Travel .4 miles and bear left to stay on Route 20 (West Center Street). Travel 10.4 miles through Lee and Lenox and entering into Pittsfield. The Berkshire Center will be on your right next to Pancho's restaurant. From 90 Eastbound: Travel East on 90 (New York Thurway) to exit 11E. Turn left onto Route 7 (South Street). Travel .4 miles (becomes North Street). The Berkshire Center will be on your right next to Pancho's restaurant. By Bus: The bus stop is at the corner of Federal and Main Streets. We are on the third block down on the left hand side of Federal.
Parking: Free parking is available on the street outside of the center and throughout the center of town. However, there are time limitations for most spots. The longest time allowances are available in the covered garage behind the Ad Lib Independent Living Center across the street from the center.
The RLC's Franklin County (Greenfield) Center: RLC's Greenfield Resource Center 74 Federal Street, Greenfield, MA 01301 Franklin County Coordinator, Janice Sorensen at (413) 561-3268 Resource Center Hours: Mondays 1pm to 4pm and Thursdays 9am to 12pm (Check calendar section for updates/changes to schedule.) Accessibility: The RLC's Greenfield Center is first-floor storefront property that is accessible via its front door. However, at this time, the bathroom is not accessible (though we have access to the accessible bathroom at the Recover Project, 68 Federal Street as needed). Individuals are encouraged to avoid using perfumes or products with scents before coming to RLC spaces to increase accessibility for those with chemical sensitivities. The RLC will attempt to schedule interpreters upon request for activities or supports available in this space. Directions: From 91 North: Travel north on 91 to exit 26. Take your first exit off the rotary onto route 2A East. Travel 1.1 miles and take a left onto Federal Street. Travel .1 mile and the center and the center will be on your left. From 91 South: Travel south on 91 to exit 27. Travel .6 miles, merging onto Route 2 East (Mohawk Trail). Take the ramp to Route 5 and 10. Travel .2 miles and turn right onto Routes 5 and 10 South (Bernardston Road). Travel 1.5 miles, staying on Routes 5 and 10. The center will be on your right. By Bus:
